At Fuzion99 we focus our culinary skills in creating gourmet Latin and Mexican cuisine to awaken your taste buds. Freshly prepared with only the finest ingredients, some of our specialty dishes include: Churrasco AAA (Argentinean steak) grilled to perfection and topped with classic chimichurri sauce, Camarones con Nopalitos (Mexican) sautéed shrimp in a cactus tomatillo salsa, Pollo y Mole (Mexican) a grilled chicken breast covered with our own Fuzion99 Mole sauce and Fuzion99 Mariscada (Mexican) a seafood platter sautéed in wine and fuzion99 salsa.
Fuzion 99 was born as a result of combining Chef Juan Legro’s 20 years of fine dining work experience in New York City and 10 years of Bibiana Tobon’s in Europe and Latin America.
Chef Bio
Chef Juan Legro – born in Colombia and raised in New York City acquired his training from many chefs including the Cipriani Family. He is now the owner of Fuzion99. |
